Amazing. The whole family uses it. All we have to do is open the garage, push it back and forth in the driveway for about 5 minutes and we get a cery effective cardio and leg workout.

I wish it was harder for shorter more tougher runs, but longer than 40ft, it's a nice burner. built great. a little overkill, but still great. Price is still crazy

Great apparatus for leg work--better I find than squats--and fun. It's the fun piece that caught me by surprise. I would spend the $$ for a M3 if you have in mind more than the basic pulling and pushing sled work. HOWEVER, I think sleds are best utilized for pulling and pushing large muscle groups; I find that other equipment may be better suited for cardio and strength. My wife and I are finding that the M1 is an ideal complement to the workout schedule we currently maintain, filling a gap that has existed for the 7 years since leaving CrossFit.

Great unit
Liking the product. Used it a few times and enjoying the workout. Solidly built, easy to maneuver, decent resistance. Only gripes are front wheel slipping a little when I pull (may have to get the dumbbell attachment), and one of the joints was a little bent so I had to work hard to get the bolts tight.
