Our Shipping Policy





In order to ship products to you, we use a variety of shipping methods ranging from UPS, USPS, and FedEx to LTL freight carriers. Depending on the size and weight of your purchase, we will choose the most timely and cost effective method of shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.




LTL Freight delivery


Items over 120 lbs ship via an LTL freight carrier that requires a scheduled delivery time that is arranged between the carrier and the customer (you!). You are required to be present at the pre-arranged delivery time to sign for the delivery and move your package into your desired location. This delivery method is curbside drop-off unless otherwise specified by the customer and agreed to by Torque Fitness. The driver will arrive at the shipping address you supplied when ordering and you are responsible for moving the products into your desired location. Some shipments may be delivered on a full size semi-truck so please be sure you choose a shipping address that can accommodate a full sized trailer or contact us before hand so we can make separate arrangements with the freight company.


If you change your shipping address once the product has left our facility you will be responsible for any re-consignment fees that are incurred. Please be sure to contact us ASAP if you need to change your shipping address for any reason.


LTL shipments should arrive wrapped, strapped, and in good condition. Customers should check the packing slip and condition of the package prior to signing off on it. If there are any discrepancies they should be noted before accepting the shipment.

When your shipment arrives at the destination terminal, the delivery company will contact you to arrange a drop off time/date. It is the responsibility of the customer to schedule delivery with the freight provider at this point. Make sure you have provided us with a phone number the delivery company can contact you at to schedule the last step of your delivery.


Unless additional arrangements are made prior to your delivery, the delivery driver WILL NOT:

Carry your order into your desired location

Assemble your equipment

Any online TANK or TANK Accessory purchase qualifies for free shipping anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States (every state in the US, except Alaska and Hawaii). If you live outside this area, contact us to arrange shipping.


We strive for same day shipping on any order that is received by 12:00pm CST Monday through Friday (excluding select holidays). Orders placed after 12:00pm CST will ship the next business day. If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, your order will be shipping next business day. This offer only applies to in-stock items. Orders are shipped from our Minnesota warehouse.

Torque reserves the right to update this 3+ for $99 Shipping page at any time, this means that product can be added or removed without notice. Clearance and third party product are excluded from this promotion. If the items chosen all have free shipping, they will ship forfree.


While we update and manage inventory daily, if a product is purchased and is on a backorder we will reach out to you if the product is over 4 weeks out. Within this time frame, all items will ship out together once we receive.








In the case that Torque Fitness cannot complete an order or needs to add additional charges due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to inform you of any changes before your order is shipped out. We reserve the right to cancel or change an order for any reason, but we will contact you before any changes are made. Examples of reasons this could happen are, but not limited to: Errors in product pricing, shipping information, and customer credit or fraud issues. We may contact you in the case that additional information is required to process your order.


If for any reason you (the customer) choose to cancel your order while the shipment is over the road without attempting to find reasonable accommodation to complete the delivery, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund to return the product to Torque HQ. If it was a free shipping item, 10% the total cost of the product will be deducted from your refund.
