Great tool!
I love it this sled! It’s great for a warm-up, great for cardio or as a dedicated part for any workout program. I find myself gaining strength in areas that I thought were just permanent weak points. I absolutely love it and would by this product again. The only component that I don’t recommend are the wheel barrow handles. I don’t get the same intensity, but to each their own. I absolutely love it.
