Not on the Anker 3. There are four pulleys, two are high and the other two are lower. Using one pulley at a time will be a 1:2 ratio, and using two pulleys the resistance will go to a 1:1 ratio.
No, the Anker 3 can be mounted to many different surfaces including metal studs and concrete. It comes with the hardware to only mount to wooden studs. Other surfaces you would need to source proper mounting hardware.
The single weight stack allows us to have the lowest profiled cable trainer on the market. The unique pulley positions allow the single weight stack to accommodate a 1:1 ratio for your compound movements like lat pulldowns, flyes and rows. It is just wide enough to make flyes and pull ups comfortable no matter your height.
This is an optional attachment, and can support up to 300lbs of active weight.
Yes, the bracket will mount about 6 inches up from the floor. If the lip is larger it is possible to mount over it and the Ankers bottom frame will be higher off of the floor.
Yes, there is enough space to utilize a weight bench and expand on exercises that can be performed!

I decided to mount this behind my power rack... The way I have it set up, it is now a fully configurable functional trainer, with a center mount, 1-to-1 lat pulldown.
It's a little complicated to describe (the attached photo might help) but basically I extended the bottom anchor points with a couple cables and pulleys. Those typically mount directly above my seating position, so I can combine them with a lat pulldown bar and get a 1-to-1 pulldown.
But those overhead mounting points use adjustable shackles, so I can just as easily mount them on my uprights to get a mid height mount. Or, I can throw on my safety arms sideways and mount to them to get a very wide mount for flys.
It's incredibly versatile, and the excellent quality of the base trainer makes it all so smooth.
I set it up this way primarily because I assembled my gym piecemeal... if I were to try for something like this out of the gate, I'd probably go for one of the prepared solutions. But honestly, I don't feel like I'm missing out with the way I have it, and it really is a bit more versatile (at the expense of longer setup time)
I bought a couple 3rd party pulleys with a couple shackles and some extra cable, and I turned
I’ve had this anker 3 for a year now in my garage which has no heat or a/c, and it still looks and functions like new. I sectioned off a 10 x 8 ft corner of my garage for the gym, but still wanted a rack and cable machine, and still wanted floor space for dumbbell and conditioning exercises, and I sometimes need the storage space. The anker 3 was really my only option and I couldn’t be happier with it. Works as smooth as commercial trainers I have used, takes up almost no space. I worried about not being able to move the attachment points, but that has honestly never bothered me once since I’ve had it. I realized I almost always use the high or low attachment at the gym. This adds exercises I wouldn’t otherwise be able to do, high and low rows, face pulls, chest flies, lat and tricep press downs, I even do leg extensions with ankle attachments on a metal plyo box. I added several attachments/handles which makes it more enjoyable. It’s my favorite piece of equipment. Now, if I had a little more wall space, that anker 7 looks pretty good, but wasn’t available when I bought this. I also really like the z4 rubber Olympic grip plates I got from Torque.
You can get the same results as a cable machine at the gym , smooth action very compacted for small work out room for home. WOuld highly recommend, easy to put together

I've been using the Anker 3 for the past week and am very satisfied. Good quality and definitely happy with this purchase. For any future exercise equipment needs, I will look at Torque first.

If they had a connector for the two attachment points it would be perfect. Super smooth, relatively simple set up, and very easy to use.
Thank you for your review and feedback. We are happy that we could provide you with a product you felt gave you a 5-star experience Greg!
I bought two of the swivel attachments for my 2 MX tanks and they work great and I was able to modify my Group Anchor Station so that I can use the swivel along with the Anchor Station, and they are working perfectly together
It was an overall smooth process from ordering online to delivery at my door. Easy set-up and has been a great addition to my home gym! Stays quiet so we’re not annoying the neighbors.

This is a fantastic piece of equipment! Completely gym-quality at a very fair price. I'm loving it! Thank you, Torque!
Super sturdy and easy to install.
I have been using the tank daily as a low impact cardio type workout. The resistance is smooth and consistent. I like the data feedback from the monitor. I do wish the monitor was a little more intuitive as it does not seem to take the resistance setting into account. Connectivity would also be cool. I always enjoyed tracking progress on my concept 2 rower with the pm5. All in all the machine is great. Solid construction, smooth operation and a great workout.
Great piece of equipment. Must have for efficiency and effectiveness.
Better than I thought it would be. Very pleased. Works fantastic.

Fast delivery easy set up and a great home workout. We are really enjoying this one at home, easy to roll out of the garage and get the workout done in the neighborhood court.
I purchased the X-GYM Flat-Incline Weight Bench from Torque Fitness in December 2023. It arrived about 6 days after I placed the order online. The box was damaged and pretty roughed up on arrival. However, the contents were packaged very well and nothing was damaged. I thought the directions were very good and the bench was relatively easy to assemble. However, a couple of the bolt measurements were not correct. I did most of the assembly myself but did have to have a little extra help in assembling the seat and back pad. You will definitely need more than two hands to do some of the assembly.
After using the bench for three months, I am very pleased that I purchased the bench. It looks very nice and fits in well with the other equipment in our apartment exercise room. It is very well built, sturdy, and the padding on the bench is very comfortable when using.
I would definitely recommend this bench to anyone that wants a quality bench at a reasonable price.
Easy setup, works well on grass, pavement and gravel! Awesome workout! I throw it on level 3 and push or tow for 20 minutes 5-7 a week! I feel the work and am looking forward to seeing the results.
DBs were in excellent condition. No complaints. Great find!
