Our Return Policy

 

 

TANK

 

Returns and exchanges are accepted on all TANK units and TANK related accessories within 30 days of receipt of shipment regardless of use. Damaged TANK or TANK related accessories will be evaluated on a case by case basis. TANK returns must include their original packaging.  

 

The customer is responsible for arranging shipping the item(s) back to Torque Fitness and all costs associated. If unable to make these arrangements, we may be able to assist and get freight quotes to facilitate this, which will be deducted from the total refund.

 

 

ALL OTHER PRODUCTS

 
Returns/exchanges are accepted on unused items in new condition within 30 days of purchase and must include original packaging.
 
All returns/exchanges must have a Return Authorization so that we can process it. Please contact our Service Department by phone (763)-754-7533 or email sales@torquefitness.com to setup your return or exchange. The Return Authorization number(s) given must be clearly marked on the items being returned for us to process it.
 
A restocking fee will apply to all non-TANK related returns equal to the amount of the original shipping cost + a minimum of 15% of the original price of the items being returned depending on the condition of the item(s) upon receipt.
 
The customer is responsible for arranging shipping the item(s) back to Torque Fitness and all costs associated. If unable to make these arrangements, we may be able to assist and get freight quotes to facilitate this, which will be deducted from the total refund.
 
Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return or exchange from the date of arrival at our facility. You are responsible to ensure your return arrives back at our facility.

Torque Fitness Price Adjustment Policy

 

Torque Fitness offers price adjustments (up to 72 hours after purchase) on qualifying items found for less on torquefitness.com. To qualify, the purchase must have been made within the last 72 hours.

 

 

How do you get a price adjustment?

 

If you made a purchase in the last 72 hours within the start of a promotion that discounts the product(s) you purchased and you would like a price adjustment, please email  sales@torquefitness.com with your order number. We will review your order and submit qualifying refunds via original payment method.

 

 

Exclusions

 

Torque is not responsible for matching prices of other retailers.
