One of the most versatile pieces of equipment you can buy
I don’t usually write reviews but I love this thing. I’ve only had for about 2 weeks but I’ve been using it 5-10 mins a day for lifting warmups or first thing in the morning to start my day. I’m probably only using 5 percent of its actual potential still have to play around with it and take outside when it gets warmer. Originally was going to get one of the more beefy models but needed something maneuverable that I could use inside in a hallway. This turned out to be perfect for my use case.

This thing is built to last forever.
I started using my M1 to recover from a meniscus tear. It quickly became the center of my cardio plan. I do between 1000m and 1600m a day and other than tire wear it has shown no signs of slowing down. I absolutely love it.

Nice and quiet unlike the original metal weighted sleds I ran on pavement - yet this one needs no added weight, runs without noise - and the workout is a butt kicker. Good quality, easy to put together and not bad to haul with you on the car if you need to take it to a park or other venue for exercise.

Great apparatus for leg work--better I find than squats--and fun. It's the fun piece that caught me by surprise. I would spend the $$ for a M3 if you have in mind more than the basic pulling and pushing sled work. HOWEVER, I think sleds are best utilized for pulling and pushing large muscle groups; I find that other equipment may be better suited for cardio and strength. My wife and I are finding that the M1 is an ideal complement to the workout schedule we currently maintain, filling a gap that has existed for the 7 years since leaving CrossFit.

Great unit
Liking the product. Used it a few times and enjoying the workout. Solidly built, easy to maneuver, decent resistance. Only gripes are front wheel slipping a little when I pull (may have to get the dumbbell attachment), and one of the joints was a little bent so I had to work hard to get the bolts tight.

This sled is great. For pushing it is a 10. For pulling it is an 8. This is the first time I have incorporated a sled into my workouts and it has been terrific. It would be nice if the rear wheels swiveled, but it is fine as they are. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good, quiet sled to use on neighborhood streets.

I've had mine for three years. I love it. Zero complaints. You couldn't ask for a more affordable sled option to use on hard surfaces. Had to replace the front tire after three years. I have no complaints about that nor am I surprised. I use the sled multiple times per week. I was worried about resistance like other reviewers, it is a non-issue. Awesome equipment.

I like it. I have used it several times now. I believe it's what I needed to incorporate into my workouts. I also like that it isn't noisy compared to a other sleds with skis.
I still haven't been able to locate an Alan wrench size for the dumbbell holders as it wasn't in the shipment when I got the sled. If you have one, I would appreciate getting one.
