Wall-Mounted F9

Overall very happy with this. I'd done my research I waited I purchased I've used. I got the upgraded 225 pound stacks. As they're a 2:1 ratio. Making 1 fill sude is about 112.5.
Install was easy. Be prepared to have some tools that a common homeowner might not have.
I did have to custom drill two spots in the wall support rack as my house was built in 1850 in the wood studs are not 16 on Center my first for 14 apart then 23 in apart causing me to actually have to disassemble the frame from the wall support bracket which you preassemble prior to putting on the wall to be able to drill a holes where I needed them to secure the lag bolts.
But after all that directions for Ikea style picture only adequate worked well one problem I had was putting the adjustment slide rail attaching it to the frame will you have to pass the bolt through an open cut out in the bottom of the frame into a welded nut on the slide rail simplifying it would have been making it so that that nut was extended down further as a few times difficulty lining it up felt inside to the metal tubing. Making it frustrating to get out.
In Factory the name plate that goes up at the top they applied the sticker on backwards so where it says Torque Fitness F9 wall mounted it's facing the wall and you can't see it.
But after everything was installed and I used it fantastic everything slides great moves well cables are nice everything's tight Machine Works phenomenal definitely worth the money minor inconvenience headaches during the setup but nothing making it user friendly.
I do like the extra cupping at the end of the handles for the accessories but the material themselves with the TF imprinted on them it's kind of uncomfortable I do suggest getting some accessories of your own cuz it comes with a few nice custom ones like the squat harness And barbell.

The wall F9 is gym quality to your home. If you hate waiting for a cable machine in the gym or this is your go to in the gym, get the wall bolted version. My wife likes space in our 10x10 home gym for yoga and I like to lift weights. With the F9 I was able to create a home gym for the both of us. Space saving! The install was not too bad. A YouTube video would solve this issue real fast torque crew! The tweaks I made were adding 16 bolts instead of the required 12 to the wall studs for stability to the wall during pull ups. Less wall shaking. I also was able to find a weight bench that fits within the enclosure (Hoist bench 4145. I had one issue when it arrived, I was missing an entire weight stack but the torque team resolved this so quickly. Very impressed by the customer service. The F9 is impressive piece of equipment and doesn’t disappoint. Good luck and have fun.

I love this functional trainer and I’m so glad I purchased it. Looks and performs great!

The workout: I have never tried an at home trainer but this feels exactly one you’d find at the gym. Movement is smooth and everything feels very sturdy.

The look: it fits beautifully in my space and everyone who comes into my pool house is amazed to see what it actually is when I open the doors to show them. The sales person I dealt with (Bob) was very patient. He sent me every single measurement I asked him for very promptly and answered all my questions. I ordered the vertical dumbbell rack and was able to get rid of my bulky 3-tier dumbbell rack. This opened up the space nicely. I have young children and now I don’t have to worry about them getting into the dumbbells and hurting themselves.

The company: they were all great to work with, from the salesperson to customer service. One of the pulleys was slightly damaged during shipping and they sent a replacement right away. The workout bench had a slight discoloration, which I found later on, and they sent me replacement pads for it right away, no questions asked. They truly strive to make it a great experience for their customers. Sometimes thing happen, but what differentiates great companies from mediocre ones is that’s the difference between a mediocre ones is how they deal with these issues as they arise.

The setup: I was concerned it would be a huge headache to put this together but it wasn’t that bad. The salesperson dissuaded me from getting someone to do it for me and I’m glad I followed his advice. If you have assembled ikea furniture in the past this should be doable. Sure, there are a few steps but if you plan well and take it one step at a time it should be a breeze. Customer service is available to answer questions throughout the process but I didn’t need to call them.

We wanted something versatile, well made, and sturdy enough so our whole family could work out. Going to the gym just wasn’t practical for us, so we thought going this route was convenient, we had the space for it, and we would save in the long run by not paying monthly gym memberships. We’ve only had the system for a few weeks but so far we love it and are very pleased with the quality. Plus its folds up so small (and super easy) that we can put it all away when we need the space for gatherings. Love it!

Great quality and has everything you need. Looks good when you fold it up. You could put it in any room in your house.

I’m very impressed with the quality of this product, it’s like having a pro gym in a corner of my basement. The cables are very smooth, and everything is very well thought out, including the integrated bench. My wife was ambivalent about the purchase but loves it now that it’s installed.

Assembly is not difficult and I only needed my wife to help for about 10 minutes. But it is time consuming. With the bench I put about 9 hours into it, which included hauling the pieces to my basement and hauling the packaging away to a local recycling center. You will need a basic tool set including Allen wrenches. If they used hex bolts and nuts I probably could have knocked a couple of hours off the install time with my socket set.

This one addition to my home setup has saved me so much time and money going back and forth to the gym. No more getting stopped and talking in the middle of my workouts. Torque has it figured out.

This cable machine is better than expected. All the parts are high quality, and the functionality is very smooth. It also doesn’t take up a lot of room which awesome. The only minor complaint would be the instructions and how not a single part is labeled (which there are many), it just made the assembly time much longer than it probably would’ve been. Otherwise this is a great product!

Awesome f9 it’s great love how it open up and close back and you have a lot of space I have a townhouse with small garage and that a help I have more space don’t get in the way 👍

I love my F9 wall mounted trainer fits well in my garage gym.
Only wish that I didn’t have to attach and detach my battle ropes every time for use.

It’s a great piece of equipment, there’s nothing better out there for what it does. Install was funky because a few of the welded nuts were crooked, but if I take a star off for that they don’t post the review lol.

Sturdy, high quality.

I was looking for a functional trainer to convert a large spare bedroom into a gym, but it also will include a murphy bed. I needed a fold away unit because it will still function as a bedroom for the occasional guest. My real struggle was finding a fold away unit that is sturdy. I’m 6’ 2” tall and push decent weight. I came across the stand-alone F9, which would work in a corner but not for what I had planned for the room. The Stand alone unit had numerous great reviews; however, the wall mounted had zero. I took a chance and bought the F9 Wall mounted unit.

The sales rep Max was awesome. Since shipping was free, I added a few dumbbells too.

The Build
I took the boxes apart and opened them all to make sure there were no damages. It was very well packed.

It was a bit overwhelming at first because of the number of parts but set them out on a folding table and read the instructions. Unfortunately there are not too many written instructions, mostly pictures which were great. I followed the instructions exactly. Overall it was an easy build.

I was building this during the week after work and had to run some errands but overall I spent about 4 hours to assemble it.

Finished product
It is very well made, extremely sturdy and the weights/cables have very smooth action. I opted for the #225 x2 stacks. Very happy with it and I think anyone would be.
