I purchased the X-GYM Flat-Incline Weight Bench from Torque Fitness in December 2023. It arrived about 6 days after I placed the order online. The box was damaged and pretty roughed up on arrival. However, the contents were packaged very well and nothing was damaged. I thought the directions were very good and the bench was relatively easy to assemble. However, a couple of the bolt measurements were not correct. I did most of the assembly myself but did have to have a little extra help in assembling the seat and back pad. You will definitely need more than two hands to do some of the assembly.
After using the bench for three months, I am very pleased that I purchased the bench. It looks very nice and fits in well with the other equipment in our apartment exercise room. It is very well built, sturdy, and the padding on the bench is very comfortable when using.
I would definitely recommend this bench to anyone that wants a quality bench at a reasonable price.
1) the way the assembly manual is written in correlation to the parts is rediculousness. I literally had to go through the entire thing & related the bolts & such to make it make sense. Guessing a dude wrote it up. 2) the end caps are WAAAAAY to big and easily fall off, which they will every time you move the bench. The bench is heavy for those of us starting back up, so to lift the head of it by its entirety to out caps back on is a fricken pain in the ars. 3) too much space between seat and bottom cushion 4) heavy duty which is where the 4 stars comes to play. I have a 2nd bench from A which has more accessory options which I like, but it's flimsy. I love the Torques heavy dutiness! That manual tho! Like it should've been the easiest thing I've ever put together....no, it was not
I bought the X-Gym Flat-Incline and the X-Gym Flat-Bench. Both benches were easy to assemble The quality is commercial grade and will last me a lifetime in my home gym. Online ordering was easy and I even got a thank you letter and a gift from the Owner of Torque Fitness, that is first class service. Will definitely be purchase more equipment in the future from a company that cares about their products and their customers

This bench is great! Very compact, light, and easy to move around the gym or into its vertical storage position. I'm also very happy with how sturdy this bench is; no side/side movement when benching or reaching for dumbbells. It's also very nice to have the 1000lb capacity and IPF dimensions for powerlifting. I'm very happy with how it looks; nice powder coat, mirror-finish on the steel ladder, and laser cut numbers and logos looks awesome.
Love the bench. Just had wrong bolts sent in my package and couldn’t assemble until the company resent me the correct bolt sizes.
