I have been using the tank daily as a low impact cardio type workout. The resistance is smooth and consistent. I like the data feedback from the monitor. I do wish the monitor was a little more intuitive as it does not seem to take the resistance setting into account. Connectivity would also be cool. I always enjoyed tracking progress on my concept 2 rower with the pm5. All in all the machine is great. Solid construction, smooth operation and a great workout.

Is this safe for gym floors and field turf? How well do the tires last?

Yes, this will work on all surfaces. With a tire it needs proper traction, and as long as that is met the amount of use will also come into consideration. Tires last anywhere from a few months to years depending on the above.

Do you have replacement tires for the M1? I bought my sled over a year ago and the front tire is bald.
