The X-STRETCH™ S1 is a mobility station that brings guided, full-body mobility work into a compact, training-dense footprint, no coaching required.

Six featured stretches on this machine are clearly illustrated to guide users through targeted work for the quads, hip flexors, hamstrings, calves, upper back/shoulders, and glutes. Turning static stretching into an intuitive , self-directed routine. Whether it's a pre-lift warm-up or a post-workout cooldown, users can move confidently from position to position with visual cues that take the guesswork out of proper form.

The station has an extra-wide upholstered pad and oversized rubber-dipped handles that provide the stability and grip needed to hold each position safely and comfortably. Meaning better positioning, deeper stretches, and reduced risk of injury, without a trainer stranding by. An extra-wide upholstered pad for comfort and stability when using for lower body stretches.
