Tank is exactly how this thing is built! Every part, from the wheels, to the handles, to the mechanism that rotates the tow hook are WAY over designed and built. Top notch piece of equipment that makes traditional sleds look like they are from the stone age. We use three surfaces to push on at our facility (turf, rubber, pavement), and this tool is consistent across each one of them. Expensive purchase...but worth it!!

Love it and hate it
torque tank MX is a very nice, well built sled. it has good resistance even if not using the MX mode. I like the different handles on it (wish the M4 had them). The only reason I put 4 stars is because it is a pain when trying to turn it to get it to the training area or to redirect it if it goes off course (if road is sloped in one direction or pushing too hard with one side or if tire pressure is unequal). The M1 solves this issue turning issue and has the 2 position handles (and is cheaper), but I wanted something heavier which would less likely skid (and don't need extra weight to weigh down) when doing pulling exercises (which can happen with the M1 per reviews online). having a way to lock the handles in and unlocking the wheels on one side to allow it to be more maneuverable would make this tank perfect.

Decent, not sure if worth the price tag
Great idea. A few problems with the execution:
1) The resistance is inconsistent between the two directions
2) The tank is incredibly inconvenient to turn/adjust
Thank you for your review, the resistance should be the same going both directions. Please ensure that the braking system on both sides of the tank are set to the same resistance level (including MX mode). These breaking systems will control the resistance for each direction, the arrows will indicate which direction it controls. To address the turning inconvenience, we are currently working on a solution that will launch this summer that is backwards compatible to make it easier to maneuver.
