I have limited space in my Bar / Mancave / Gym and the Anker 3 only takes up an 8" x 36" space. If I had more room I would have went with the Anker 7.
So far so good! Medium difficulty to install in the garage, but a fun install and easy to follow printed directions. Doesn't take up alot of room, only protrudes 7-8in off the wall. All supplies and materials high quality and looks are excellent. At 62yrs old 150lbs of plates more than enough for my wife and I. I did get the pull up bar also easy and high quality, but embarrassingly, with my shoulder hurt from mountain biking, I cant even do one pull up, YET! HAHAHA. I even think the price for it all is very reasonable and inline with other offerings, with the nicest part is u dont get scammed with some sort of monthly membership fee to use it. Cant think of one reason NOT to give 5 stars.
Been great for rehab as plates accommodate a wide variety of strength levels. Have used it for both upper extremity work and core strengthening. Easy set up that only required one person. Comes with several good handle options. Super sturdy. Great product.
