Great cable machine solution

Solid machine, works well. Setup takes a while, but the instructions were clear. Great low profile solution!

Great for training and rehab

After injuries I found both body weight and weights difficult to manage and avoid exacerbating injuries. Anker 7 resolved this problem and now able to recover more safely and quickly.

Everything I was hoping for

This machine is everything I was hoping for. It was easy to install, the cabling system is very smooth and with a bench, your exercise options are limitless. The only complaint I have is the pull-up bar. It's too close to the machine causing by legs and feet to hit the machine. It's also difficult to add weight to assist in your pull-up. Other than that it was well worth the cost. I use it every day. Very solid build.

Very Pleased

The Anker 7 fills a niche with its very shallow, 9 inch deep footprint. Being wall mounted, it's rock solid once it's installed. The unit is very well engineered and executed, especially at this price point. Operation is very smooth. The assembly instructions could have been a little more detailed but were fairly easy to follow. Unit was packaged well and arrived in perfect shape, in spite of some damage to the packaging. The very shallow footprint of this trainer was why I purchased it. As far as I know, there is not another functional trainer on the market that is as solidly built as the Anker 7, while having such a shallow footprint. If you're looking for a quality functional trainer and are limited on space, I highly recommend this machine.
