Build quality is outstanding. The magnetic resistance is amazing. I would highly recommend this for any commercial gym looking to improve their clients grip strength and over all body conditioning.

Everything worked out perfect mounting the unit to the bracket. I honestly love this machine. I’m 38 with jacked up construction shoulders. This machine is smooth on your joints and you get a great workout as well.

And what height does it need to be at?
I only have 7 feet to play with.
It is 19x19x1 inch. It can be mounted to any height, but if you wanted to mimic a traditional ski erg about 8 feet would be recommended.
