Pull-Up Assist Bands help users perform exercises such as pull-ups and dips with 5 – 120 lbs. of assistance, starting with high assistance and reducing it over time to ideally perform the exercise without assistance. Resistance bands can also be used to add resistance in exercises such as power lifting, lower body strengthening, and flexibility.
