Pick up process was super easy. Dumbbells were packaged well on a pallet to ensure protection. Seem as high of quality as any commercial rubber hex dumbbells.

Was looking for a set of dumbbells to round out my home gym. Torque fitness came through with this. Only issue I had was with the shipper that somehow lost my shipment and tried to deliver me one tiny box that in no way shape or form would contain a set of dumbbells. Reached out to Torque Fitness and once again came through. Had another shipment sent out the next day with a different shipper and got my stuff. Great equipment and awesome customer service. Looking to see what I can get next.

We are really happy with this set. We ordered it on a Saturday, it shipped on Tuesday (even though we had hoped for that Monday as it says), but it wasn't a huge deal. We got the set about 7 days after ordering, which was great.
They seem to be good quality and hope we get a ton of use out of them.

So far, so good.

Dumbbells are great. Came packaged securely with no damage. The only complaint was the shipping with T-Force. T-Force did not meet their on time guarantee and there excuse was that they have to set up a scheduled delivery. So they setup a scheduled drop off for the following day. T-force called me the next day and stated that they made a mistake and can’t deliver until the next following week. They blamed the error on that I lived in rural county and they didn’t check their map before scheduling the delivery. They did advise I could go pick it up which I agreed. So after driving 3 hour total I finally have my fantastic dumbbells for my home gym. My only complaints was having to spend $170 on shipping that was unreliable.
