Speed-Responsive Magnetic Resistance
A weighted sled only gets harder when you add plates to it - and only as hard as whatever you loaded. The TANK's magnetic resistance system responds to your speed instead: push faster, and resistance increases automatically. Slow down, and it eases. Plates are optional, no manual adjustment mid-set - the resistance curve is generated by the mechanism itself.
