Available in 10 lb, 25 lb, 35 lb, and 45 lb our premium black rubber bumper plates provide a dead bounce, easy weight identification, and add energy to your facility. Check out our colored bumper plates here. The reinforced steel molded in hubs are coated with a proprietary material that forms a chemical bond with the rubber that prevents separation. Most competitors press in the hub after the rubber is molded which will over time, always lead to failure.

The 25 lb – 45 lb plates are the standard IWF 450mm in diameter, but we incorporated a unique design to the problematic 10 lb bumper, making it slightly smaller in diameter and thicker than others, thereby increasing its strength. Our unique and proprietary manufacturing process allows us to produce rubber weight plates that have both a higher tensile strength and hardness than competitor plates. This is accomplished by molding with a harder rubber near the core, which prevents the hub from separating and plate wobble over time, and a softer rubber on the outside to act as a buffer deadening the blow and sound from the plate when dropped. The rubber itself is 100% virgin and passes REACH and Rohs standards. Besides getting true color that won’t fade or discolor over time, this means they are also safe for your baby’s skin, and yours.

Our high quality manufacturing standards and raw material allow us to control the weight tolerance to /- 0.5%. Most competitor weight plates run /- 1-2% at best. Raised lettering makes the weight easily identifiable.

Just visited Tourqe fitness headquarters in coon rapids first the first time. Met with Bob who was very helpful and answered all my questions. I went just to check them out, I ended up leaving with 2 sets of 45’s and a set of 25’s in the black bumper plates because they were priced so well! I took them home and put them through a work out in my garage gym and they performed excellent! They had very little bounce when dropped and fit nicely on the bar with little to no slop with a collar on. I highly recommend these plates and will continue to buy from them!
