Get to Know the F9s.
The F9 is built to make strength training more versatile, giving you the freedom to change exercises, angles, and movements from one setup.
Available in Free-Standing and Wall-Mounted configurations, each F9 brings cable-based training into your space in a way that works for your setup. But getting the most out of your F9 starts with understanding how it works. From adjusting your cable position to choosing the right attachment, small changes can completely change how you train.
It Starts with the Cables
Move the pulleys higher for movements like pulldowns and triceps extensions. Bring them to the middle for presses, rows, and flys. Or take them low for curls, raises, squats, and lower-body movements.
Changing the height can also help you explore different angles within the same exercise, giving you more ways to use the F9 without changing machines.
See it. Attach it. Train.
Once your pulley height is set, your attachment helps determine what comes next. Handles can give each arm the freedom to move independently for presses, flys, rows, and raises, while other cable accessories can open up different grips and movement patterns. Experimenting with attachments is one of the easiest ways to add variety to your F9 workouts.
Make the F9 Work for Your Workout.
You don't need to build every session around the F9. Use it for a complete cable workout, pair it with free weights, or use it for accessory movements at the end of your training.
Push, pull, squat, hinge, rotate, and more. Once you understand how to adjust the system, the F9 gives you the flexibility to keep changing how you train.
