Description

Our programmable digital gym timer has a large easy to read LED display, multiple pre-set and programmable timer settings to create custom workouts for your group training classes, and an IR remote control.  Up to 10 custom timer programs can be saved in addition to the preprogrammed options which include a Tabata and two FGB (Fight Gone Bad) programs.  The timer displays your active or rest round in blue on the left and the time on the right.  The included remote control allows you to start, stop, pause, mute, and reprogram the digital timer from a distance.  You can change the number of rounds, length of active work, and length of rest to customize your programs.  The timer can be used as a stopwatch that counts up or down as well as functioning as a clock when not being used for group exercises.
