The Details

Tank

Returns and exchanges are accepted on all TANK units and TANK related accessories within 30 days of receipt of shipment regardless of use. Damaged TANK or TANK related accessories will be evaluated on a case by case basis.  TANK returns must include their original packaging.  The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

All Other Products

Returns/exchanges are accepted on unused items in new condition within 30 days of purchase and must include original packaging. A restocking fee will apply to all non TANK related returns equal to the amount of the original shipping cost + 5% of the total cost of the order.

Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return or exchange from the date of arrival at our facility. You are responsible for ensure that your return arrives back at our facility.
