Our 6 ft. Olympic barbell provides a more compact, balanced feel in squat and bench press exercises.

Spring Collar

A Spring Collar prevents plates from sliding off the sleeve. They are recommended for our standard Olympic bar and EZ Curl Bar. Sold as a pair.

Z4 Rubber Olympic Grip Plates

The rubber grip plates have a large grip area and load. The stainless steel hubs are hydraulically pressed into a permanent position to prevent surface damage to plates and bars.
