TrueMed will guide you through a short health survey. Answer questions about your HSA/FSA and your health to confirm eligibility for reimbursement, then complete your order purchase through Torque's website.

Step 3: Receive Your Letter of Medical Necessity

A medical practitioner will review your information and, if approved, will issue you a letter of medical necessity and more information on your reimbursement.
