Custom Group Functional Training Design
Located to the right of their turf area where they run multiple TANK M4s, our X-Design Team created an open floor plan space equipped with an X-Rack with custom arm extensions for heavy bag training and a wall-lining X-Create for group functional training classes.
Merging Functional Traditional and Strength Training
Utilizing our X-Create double-sided systems, we helped merge the traditional strength training section of Gold's Gym Ocala with a more open style functional training area. The X-Create system provides a large amount of functional training accessory storage as well as a variety of training options from wall ball to suspension training.
