"Thanks for building such a quality piece of equipment. Much research told us that the best complete workout was with cable motion. My wife and I searched all over the place for a good piece of Gym equipment for our home. We found all of it in Torque Fitness F5. after a long exhaustive search this machine was without a doubt the best in the industry at the time of our purchase, in fact, it was light years ahead in style, design, comfort, range of exercise and motion than any of the other examples we tested. I am a large man at 6' 6" and my wife is about 5' 5". We are both able to use this machine to the maximum of our capabilities with little effort in adjusting the bench and cables for our needs individually. This machine is so well thought out that they even managed to get the thing to fold into a small corner of our workout room allowing us to have a tread mill there as well. This was not possible with our other exercise equipment. One of the items worth considering is how long from folded to get the machine to work out positions.. We timed it, less than 30 seconds. That's easy.. I would recommend and have recommended this machine to my fellow fishing guides as a great way to keep our back issues at bay. We have to keep focused on our core areas to stay healthy and I have found this machine perfect for this.
